Andorra company registry search
The Andorra Companies Registry or Andorra Companies Registry is a necessary step for any new company incorporation in Andorra or for the creation of any branch in the Principality of Andorra.
It is, therefore, an absolutely necessary step for any company in Andorra. However, the Andorran company law establishes that once the company has been incorporated before a Notary Public in Andorra, it must be subsequently registered in the Commercial Register of Andorra.
The term for the inscription in the Mercantile Registry of Andorra of the companies is of 15 days.
Keep in mind that with the inscription of the company in the Mercantile Registry, the company acquires its own legal personality, this means that from that very moment, although you still cannot invoice because you do not have commercial authorization, being inscribed in the Register of Companies, you will be able to start signing contracts in the name of the company.
On the other hand, this also implies that if in a company there is a change of administrative body, this will only take effect when the change is registered in the Commercial Register. Therefore, any action carried out by the administrator without being registered in the commercial registry should not have any effect, since the law requires that such position be registered in the commercial registry.
Once all these changes have been made, it is the obligation of the Notary to communicate all these new data to the Mercantile Register so that it can proceed to the update of the same without delay.

The Andorran commercial register is not public, so not everyone can access it. Only lawyers and registered economists have access to the commercial register of Andorra.
